Absolut Vodka

Friends of Design recently got involved with Absolut Vodka, for part of their global campaign. 6 local Auckland Artist were commissioned to create a unique piece of art for Absolut's new positioning statement. 'Doing things differently leads to something exceptional' in an Absolut world. Each artist was given one of the words and an open brief. Friends of Design drew the word 'something' out of the hat, and created an exceptionally limited edition poster. Printed on 350 gsm paper, using metal effects software to create a shimmering silver effect beneath the abstract letters. An over all Mat Laminate and contrasting high build spot gloss UV on areas of the image. All finished up with a Glow in the Dark spot UV. Trim size 640w x 900h. There are only 200 of these in existence, 150 of which were given out on the event launch night. So that leaves 50! They are hand numbered & signed by Ian Ferguson of Friends of Design.
